Aatash Norcontrol is a JV company between Aatash and Kongsberg. We provide complete VTS solution on BOOT bases (Built Own Operate Transfer). Aatash enters into longterm contracts with Port Authority to finance, design, supply, built, upgrade, train, operate and maintain VTS. Since Aatash make a capital investment, Port Authority receives VTMS absolutely free. We collect VTS fees from vessels and share this revenue with Port Authority. As per contract, Port Authority remain as regulatory and monitoring authority but at the same time receives state of the art VTMS free and regular revenue from VTS Fees.
