ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT / ARRIVEE A L’AEROPORT

The hosts have prepared a letter for the attention of the airports to facilitate delegates’ entry in Morocco. Please download and print this letter, and have it with you on arrival.

Nos hôtes ont préparé une lettre à l’attention des aéroports pour faciliter l’entrée des délégués au Maroc. Veuillez la télécharger, l’imprimer et l’avoir avec vous à l’arrivée.

Please note that a hundred cars with chauffeurs, from a private company, have been organized to cover this event  from 5^th to 9^th and assure the transport from Marrakech Airport to the Hotels including the Conference Venue. The cars will carry the inscriptions:

IALA Seminar and Conference  /  Séminaire et Conférence de l’AISM

The special prices negociated for one trip are:

• 30€ or 330 dirhams for a vehicle of 1 to 6 persons, no matter of the number of occupants.
• 70 € or 770 dirhams for a vehicle of 7 to 17 persons, no matter of the number of occupants.

Please also note that for practical reasons, you may need to share your vehicle with other delegates, which means share the cost as well.

Please make sure that you have your invitation letter with you to show to the driver as required. You can pay by cash directly to the driver.

Regular taxis are also available at the airport if you prefer this option.
