The ARM19 Action Plan sets out what we will work on during this Committee session. The tasks listed have been agreed by the ARM Committee Management Team (Committee Chair and Vice-Chair and all Working Group Chairs and Vice-Chairs) to be progressed during ARM19 through Task Groups. In order to join a Task Group, Committee participants should declare an expression of interest by physically joining the appropriate working group and subsequently the task group or via an e-mail to the specified Task Group Leader, if you are not attending in person by the 7 October 2024, 18:00 UTC. Details on each task group can be found in the action plan.

‘Bring Your Own’ ARM Soiree and Social Events
We will come together in person for the ARM19 Committee session at IALA HQ in Saint-Germain-en-Laye. Some even may attend for the first time. Therefore it´s important to hold an old tradition for an ice breaker.
For this event on Monday 7, 17:30 CEST (Paris local time) after work at the HQ, the entrance fee is to bring your own traditional drinks and foods from your country. It would be lovely to mingle and get to renew old friendships and make new ones.
Please note their will also be a dinner on Wednesday and football on Thursday that you can register at the reception desk for.
