File-sharing arrangement

To support the collaborative work of the committees, a file-sharing environment has been made available. The file-sharing platform is called NextCloud and you can access it here: https://nextcloud.iala-aism.org using the crendentials you use to log into the IALA website. These are direct links to the various file-sharing areas:

Using NextCloud

A shared folder structur starting with Committees has been created and committee members are requested to use this folder structure to share documents. This folder is visible by everyone on the system making it possible to share documents across committees.

NextCloud sends e-mail notifications every now and then and for some users these may end up in you spam folder. If you are not receiving e-mail notifications you should list IALA Nextcloud <no-reply@iala-aism.org> as a trusted source in your e-mail system.

It is possible to syncronize external devices with the new file sharing environment using the NextCloud applications for desktop computers as well as IOS and Android devices.
