The World-Wide Academy is organising a series of technical webinars addressing some of the challenges Aids to Navigation Service Providers are facing. Each session will include one or more lectures relating to the webinar topic delivered by experts from the IALA family. Participants will be given an opportunity to ask questions and discuss topics at hand.

Adam Hay, Director and Founder at M-NAV Solutions, will present a practical advice on how to reduce the total cost of ownership.

Malcolm Nicholson is the Global Product Manager for Sealite and is responsible for the full portfolio of Marine Products. He is also key to educating AtoN Managers through Sealite’s Global Masterclasses and Technical Training Programs.
Malcolm has been attending IALA for nearly 20 years and for the last 8 years he has been Chairman of the ENG Committee Working Group on Lights and Vision, and is the IMC Rep to IALA PAP.
Malcolm is a registered IALA World Wide Academy Expert and also keeps up his interest with the Commission Internationale d’Eclairage (CIE) on lighting matters.
He will give a presentation on Light characters and rhythms.
