Estonian Transport Administration

The Estonian Transport Administration (TRAM) is responsible for the safety of navigation in Estonian waters. The TRAM is dealing with navigational information (hydrographic surveying, chart production and operative information regarding the navigational situation) and maintenance of aids to navigation. The TRAM is also performing Flag State and Port State Control activities, is responsible for the VTS and icebreaking service in Estonian waters.
